As the head of the Employee Communication and Engagement (ECE) Team, the role is responsible for the effective delivery of employee communications and engagement programs within the Company.
In coordination with the different departments, heightens internal awareness on the internal brand and values by conceptualizing, developing and deploying various engagement and communication programs
Spearheads, ensures clarity and consistency in all employee communications-related projects of HR and acts as consultant/SME in other department’s employee communication-related initiatives.
Liaises with Department Heads in developing and delivering a simple coordinated process in order to provide effective, joined up communications
Responsible for liaising with counterparts from other company locations globally to align internal communications to employees and other stakeholders
Develops and executes a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that will effectively engage employees and support company business strategy
Leads the development of messaging and internal presentations for company updates, key initiatives and other department announcements as needed
Drafts executive communications; works with the Senior Management Group to learn different executive styles and communications preferences
Manages and continues to develop regular feedback channels to promote effective communication within the Company and to ensure that messages are being delivered in a consistent and timely manner. Monitoring the results of the feedback to ensure continuous improvement in communications
Leads the coordination with the Global Marketing and Internal Communications Lead, Recruitment and IT to assess company intranet needs; provides content for intranet on a regular basis
Develops and executes a branding and communication plan that strengthen employee awareness and affinity on the 7life
Leads company-wide initiatives that strengthen the 7Life brand
Liaises with the different groups in relation to the internal branding efforts, ensuring that it is accurately and appropriately implemented
Leads the research and assessment to identify if key branding initiatives build an efficient and reasonable understanding of the employee brand and values
Develops and communicates strong brand messages reinforced through social media and other effective communication channels
Traffics company information when there is potential threat externally to our brand
Works with the Global Marketing group for any changes / modification on the treatment of the brand
Manages and leads initiatives in relation to the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility Projects
Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills
Extensive, demonstrable quantitative experience
Graduate of a bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Advertising, Human Resource Management, or other related field is preferred)
High creativity, organization, team-orientation, and an able to work under tight deadlines
In depth knowledge on Culture Building, Internal Branding and Communications and Events Management
