Like every great leader, Vinay attributes his success to his team, which includes members Irene Tan, Ira Jean Paula Renes, Christofferson Edurise, Amrita Batra, Gillaine Pineda, Alex Alcontin, and Abigail Panglinan-Aquino, Sr. Since he joined the organization in 2017, Vinay and his team have revamped the entire onboarding process in which retention rates have improved by 22 percent.
