Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provisioning and access management in the following but not limited to: Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office 365, Security Groups, Distribution lists, Kerio Email, Portal DMZ, Zoom, Shared Folders, Skype, VPN Access, Sharepoint, Onedrive, FNP service, etc.
Conduct industry audits related but not limited to Active Directory, Oracle and other systems supported
Provide end user support for but not limited to the following applications: Oracle HRMS, Taleo, Qualtrics, Empower, TTEC University, ImageNow, Mosaic, TTECJobs.com, etc
Conduct regression testing and UATs
Conduct project and initiatives assigned to ISU Provisioning
Conduct internal trainings
Assist Team Lead on administrative tasks
Write/Extract management reports
Will be assigned as “On-Call” staff during weekends and holidays
Creating business Power Point and video presentation from time to time
Perform tasks and projects with minimal supervision
Creating/Updating documentations like SOPs; Job Aids, FAQs, etc.
Requirements & Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience in Active Directory, Powershell Scripting, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 is an advantage
Experience in SQL is an advantage
Experience with any of the following applications: Windows 10, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Microsoft Office Communicator, Skype Business
Experience in supporting PC software including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, or relevant technical training/degree from an accredited college, university or technical certification.
Familiarity in ITIL is an advantage
Working experience on a BPO company is an advantage
Strong, dynamic character, capable of dealing colleagues and business users effectively
Have the ability to work as part of a regional team across multiple countries, cultures and time-zones
Applicants must be willing to work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
Applicants must be willing to do “on-call” duties
Applicants must be willing to work in the office
Strong interpersonal, team building and communications skills
Strong analytical skills, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Extensive end-user involvement and excellent customer service skills
Ability to translate technical subjects for non-technical audience
Can demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, obtaining appropriate certifications, and developing skills with ever changing technology
Must have good English communications skills
