The ATM Platform & Acquiring Business Management Head is responsible for the whole ATM Channel which is divided into 2 units. The Acquiring Unit is responsible for the Onsite/Offsite Portfolio Management which is focused in protecting and enhancing the BPI ATM brand image in terms of visibility and placement of machines in both Onsite and Offsite locations (Memorability), increasing penetration in various key portfolios including corporate clients where it matters (Predictability), to improve machine usage and profitability while ensuring the availability (Availability) of the machines to service customers.
The Platfom Unit is responsible for the Channel Development which is focused in promoting brand awareness and improving the machine look and feel that will enhance customer experience of clients using the BPI ATM network. This is also focused in providing relevant ATM and CAM functionalities based on the needs of clients. The unit also manages the Content working with DCG Marketing in promoting ATM brand awareness. This includes but not limited to improving the look and feel of the ATM Machines, improving overall customer experience and improving machine usage with the use of various marketing collaterals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least five-years of management experience; Experience working with vendors
High level of understanding of project management, its principles and application
Familiarity with the different digital and self-service banking platforms is an advantage
Data analytic skills
