You Have:
Can shift communication styles between client partners, business leaders, and technical resources to maintain agreement and clarity
Practical knowledge with and deploying business solutions (such as Salesforce)
Moderate experience directly managing and deploying solutions spanning technology, tools, data, and reporting
Proficiency in all Microsoft products especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
2 – 5 years of related experience to reflect skills and talent necessary for this role
Operate in an environment while managing multiple parallel, and often competing, work streams
Experience working in global work environments where resources are not co-located, while remaining focused on common objectives and outcomes
May be Salesforce Administrator Certified
May require knowledge of expanded analysis tools (such as OLTP/OLAP data structures, Toad, Tableau, or Salesforce)
May require knowledge of domain languages (such as SQL Query, etc.)
May require experience with requirements documentation tools (such as Jira, Rally)
Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud Certified
ECBA or CCBA Certification is a plus• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma, or the equivalent Degree/Diploma in computer science, information systems or similar degree
Experience migrating and consolidating systems and data solutions to support acquisitions and/or technology transformation projects
You will:
Collaborate with all partners to gain agreement on proposed solutions to meet approved requirements. This includes leading client-facing requirement gathering sessions and the successful documentation of moderately complex business, technical, and data requirements, leveraging standard processes
Define the end-to-end solution to meet the requirements and solutions to deliver valuable business insights (such as CRM, reporting, data processing, data integration, marketing tools, and customer success)
Responsible for the modification, review and hand-off of data mapping and configuration details to the technical team which is then used to build or configure the solution
Analyze moderately complex client data for availability, quality, and sources to ensure internal stakeholders have the necessary information to deliver committed outcomes
Create and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of full end-to-end solution
Support the ramp and adoption of deployed solutions post-launch, assessing areas of improvement and optimization
Seek council and guidance from higher level business analysts on new assignments. Will receive mentorship on more complex projects/matters from higher level analysts and management. Work is generally independent and reliable on routine tasks. Requires direction and guidance only on new assignments
