Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, prefarbly with project site work experience.
Experience and Competency Requirements:
Lincensed (Optional)
With at least three (3) years work experience in vertical project/s (institutional and/ or commercial)
Basic Skills in AutiCAD, Basic STAAD, Basic SketchUP and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
With knowledge in Basic Cost Estimation
With knowledge in Documentation Process
