ATCX SEA Bus Ops Lead
- Work with the business leads to plan and operationalize strategy and growth agenda.
- Collaborate with key operations Marketing, HR, Learning, Finance and other CF groups to ensure alignment with key business planning parameters, processes and operational priorities.
- Identify and investigate operations issues and help develop/drive solutions.
- Define and manage recommended action plans to address financial and growth performance insights as needed.
- Key enabler in ensuring that business leads have what they need to make business decisions (e.g. The details behind forecasts and what is causing slippages, where they need to drill into and where they can potentially target interventions)
- Drive specific priority programs and initiatives as required.
- Create communications on business results/impacts, programs, and strategy to relevant stakeholders, in collaboration with HR, Marketing and Finance.
- Drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes .
ATCP GCP Lead
- Work with the global GCP teams in creating, updating and implementing policies, provisions and cost models.
- Collaborate with GCP support groups to operationalize agreed policies.
- Drive programs and initiatives locally, as required (e.g. H1B drive)
10+ Years of experience
Project and organization management skills
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives
