Join our Transcom Family as a Communications and Engagement Specialist
Assist in creating high impact communications materials and other written creative requests from all departments within Transcom PH and in support of geographies in the Global English Region as needed.
Assist in the development of annual and long-term integrated communication and engagement strategies that align with the Global English Region’s goals and guidelines to promote positive culture, behavior and action, as well as employee interactions across the cluster.
Assist in the project management of multiple, overlapping communication and engagement campaigns, plans and tactics related to benefits and wellbeing, including scheduling, budgeting, resourcing and logistics to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist the strategic design, maintenance, content development and delivery of a variety of print and digital communication vehicles (including website, e-newsletters, and social channels) that contribute directly to the employee experience at Transcom and influence meaningful engagement, retention and recruitment.
Assist in communication-related vendor sourcing including drafting requests for proposal documents and/or communication briefs for external service providers;
Manage professional relationships with internal communication partners and external suppliers.
Assist in developing reports, proposals, and presentations related to employee engagement and well-being, incorporating relevant narrative, dashboards and analytics, for multiple audiences and stakeholders, including the Global English Region’s senior leadership team.
Contribute to HR and cluster-wide communication planning, design and implementation.
Monitor communications metrics, measurement and feedback to ensure communication objectives are achieved. Make recommendations for improvements.
Research and share best practices on internal communications and employee engagement methods.
Participate in cross-functional committees, project teams, and other related initiatives as required.
Monitor current developments and best practices in the fields of communications, engagement and digital media, and participate in relevant internal and external networks.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must…
Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline. Preferably degree in Communications, Digital Media, or Journalism.
Minimum of 1 years experience in communications services or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in oriented communications and engagement (preferably in a benefits and well-being environment as well as events management).
Knowledge of methods, practices and techniques relating to internal and external communications and desktop publishing, web front-end design patterns, social media, user interface and information technology.
