JOB DUTIES
Constructs data accumulation systems for a cost accounting process.
Creates and reviews the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems on a timely manner, either Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
Gathers all documents, analyze transactions and monitors In transit accounts.
Monitors inventory transactions.
Reconcile inventory records and analyze variances. Recommends investigation for cycle counting to resolve issues, as required.
Observes proper compliance to company’s work norms bounded by internal policies and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
College graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Accountancy.
At least three (3) year experience required.
Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
With knowledge in accounting software.
Willing to work in an extended working hours.
To work during holidays and weekends if necessary.
