Technical skills
Basic SQL knowledge
Knowledge in TELUS FIFA and Copper system.
Basic iMacro knowledge
Good written and communication skills
Additional Job Description
Responsible for the day to day operations and resolutions of all escalated issues in FIFA and Copper Order Management systems.
Team members would be working through a list of customers that MDM has matched as potentially being the same person but without 100% confidence.
Look up the accounts on the agent applications and determine if in their opinion their match is valid, not valid, or needs further investigation by the MDM team.
Basic skills but very important that they have good analytical skills to make these determinations since they could be customer impacting
