The position is primarily responsible for the timely review and disposition of all debit and credit card fraud verification alerts and inbound calls. He/she is also responsible in the review and disposition of suspected fraud transactions in BPI affiliated merchants to mitigate fraud loss in the acquiring business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
Amenable to work on a fast-paced environment and shifting schedule
Keen attention to details
