RESPONSIBILITIES:
Submit all management-level reports, sectional and cluster reports, sales channel reports, departmental and all other reports in a timely manner
Devise new reports required/requested by stakeholders. Promote reports enhancement as frequent as necessary depending on the need
Facilitate complaints/issues resolution raised by internal and external customers through the following channels: email, phone and walk-in/face-to-face interaction
Provide education to customers with regard to nature of reports, system/application usage, technical help/troubleshooting, system registration
Reply to queries relating to status of commission and incentives
Ensure sales systems/applications are functioning at optimal level based on agreed SLAs
Report on system bug/errors
Upon the direction of the Sales Systems and MIS Supervisor, perform system and application testing (UAT) and submit corresponding reports
Report data must be accurate and verifiable
Answers to sellers’ and brokers’ questions should be accurate and based on agreed/documented processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience
Required Skill(s):
Computer/Internet Savvy
Ability to communicate to all levels of employees
Above average communication skills with focus on abiltiy to make use of correct terminologies (technical)
