Handles and answers incoming emails of clients in relation to status of units for turnover as well as acknowledged and coordinate with concerned technical staff within 24 hours upon receipt
Attends to clients (walk-ins) in relation to concerns and queries regarding units for turnover
Handles phone calls in relation to client’s requests/concerns in connection with the turnover of units
Prepares daily report on request for Turnover of units and coordinate same with concerned Tech staff
Prepares weekly report on client’s concerns/requests re units for turnover
With Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Preferably with experience in customer service
Good in coordination skills
Proficient with MS Office applications
