The Partner Management Officer prompts the review/renewal of Agency Partner contracts in order to facilitate decision making of sales in the renewal/ cancellation of engagement with the partner.
Major Responsibilities:
Prepares and executes the renewal/ cancellation of Agency Partners in accordance with the business unit’s standards policies and regulations.
Ensures compliance to the internal and regulatory policies, procedures and guidelines.
Timely generates the agency partner management report
Qualifications:
Proficient in oral and written communication
Proficiency in MS Office applications, preferably with working knowledge on other O365 apps (i.e. Power Apps, Power Automate)
Logical and Analytical Skills
Management and Coaching skills
Communication Skills
Program management skills and ability to work in cross functional team
Detail-oriented, pays attention to details and makes conscious effort to understand causes instead of just effects
Time management, has the ability to be organized, adaptable, realistic and focused.
Possess a high level of integrity
Efficient, maximizes productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense.
Coaching Adaptability, has a wide range of coaching capability
