As a Process Optimization Intern:
You will dedicate your internship hours working side-by-side with our amazing Process Optimization team members – understand the Knowledge Article Guidelines and Framework, schedule and sit down with the departments utilizing Glowstick to understand their processes, review published articles, edit them, and/or create one new one per department, develop comprehensive knowledge articles, and ensure that the KA Framework is followed at all times.
You will be a brand champion for TaskUs – contributing in talent attraction through different online media and by providing a #RidiculouslyGood recruitment experience to internal stakeholders and to candidates
You will report online or hybrid as needed
You must be taking Communications, Journalism, AB English, or Human Resource
Internship Requirements:
You must be of legal age to qualify for an internship
You must have OJT units requirement
Submit your CV, scanned copy of school ID and scanned copy of a valid government-issued ID or birth certificate
Endorsement letter from your school indicating required number of hours for OJT
