This Projects & Systems Officer is responsible for supporting the management, development, and implementation of the various strategic marketing group projects according to agreed scope, quality, and timeline, as well as providing user and operational support upon implementation.
Job Summary:
- Deliver milestones of assigned projects. Prepare and validate business requirements, actively participate in solution proposal, analyze detailed designs, identify and address risks, build and execute test plans and scripts, work towards effective issue resolution, and implement deployment plans.
- Manage assigned system/s to ensure continued support of the Marketing Group and Bank deliverables. Design and build required automations, implement process improvements, provide user and operational support, and manage incidents.
- Closely collaborate with IT, software/service providers, systems quality review team, information security team, risk and compliance team, business groups, etc. to deliver technology solutions to business strategies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Business
· At least 3 years of experience
· Proficiency in business requirements gathering, functional requirements definition, systems analysis and design, and test management
· Experience in implementation and support of any of the following: Salesforce tools (Marketing Cloud, Chatbot, etc), CRM solutions, websites and CMS, CDP, digital marketing technologies, other marketing technologies
· Programming capabilities are an advantage
