As a Sourcing Supervisor, you will utilize both traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques. You will manage recruitment vendors. As a supervisor, of course, you will lead a team of sourcing specialists and you will also take ownership of managing several different sourcing channels. You will also lead a team of sourcing specialists, identify new, creative, and non-traditional sourcing techniques. You will attend calibration sessions with stakeholders to address sourcing needs. You will also expertly analyze and present recruitment data to stakeholders and management.

So, what is it we’re looking for? Well since this is a supervisor role we need someone who has at least a Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Advertising is even better! You also need the experience so if you have at least 5 years of working experience as Recruitment Marketing/Talent Acquisition Lead then you’re needed! What else? Well, BPO experience, strongly preferred, at least 2 years of which is in a supervisory capacity. Now let’s get a bit technical. It’s a definitive advantage if you are familiar with E-commerce Gmail, Google Apps, Microsoft Apps, and Taleo Recruiting System. You also need to have strong experience in objective assessment techniques such as communication skills assessment and behavioral interviewing. Are you excellent in the following: problem-solving, analytical, reporting skills (ex. Time to Hire, Sourcing Channel, Cost of Hire), written and verbal communication skills?
