Coordinating and following up electronic documents from insurance companies mostly done via email; may require follow-up by phone occasionally
Following up on documents and applications
Getting relevant information from insurance companies
Database Management. Updating Claims and payments through their platform (Epic by Applied Systems)
Management of follow up tasks and workflows with the agency’s multiple systems
Ensure correct formatting of documents including the file name
Some client-facing tasks for updates
Web based research on physical properties such as buildings.
Additional tasks as assigned
At least 3 recent years of relevant experience as an office administrator, admin assistant, virtual assistant, or relevant role
Proficient in administrative tasks including but is not limited to database management
Adept in using any CRM or ERP.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox.
Flexibility and eagerness to learn is paramount
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment
Must be matured and able to assist C-levels
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
BS degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, or any related field
Exceptional English communications, both written and verbal
Must be willing to work Tuesday to Saturday, 12mn to 9am Manila work schedule
Must have a Fiber Optic Internet Service provided with a minimum of 25mbps bandwidth
Must have back-up laptop or desktop with the latest OS
