Job Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and develop a team of WFM Analysts to exceed set goals; this includes conducting mid-year/year end performance appraisals with direct report.
Ensure all WFM Analysts have realistic, achievable goals and concrete development plans.
Supervise the Workforce team and ensures efficient, effective, consistent, and analytical approaches are followed during the planning stages of the daily/weekly/monthly call center operational plans in order to achieve optimal client performance and profitability.
Supervise and evaluate the skills of WFM Analyst in order to effectively handle ongoing recruitment and development of existing team members.
Ensure that Amex Blue Box values are continually implemented and demonstrated.
Provide support to operations leaders in achieving Shareholder, Customer and Employee goals.
Act as a key point of contact for partners, Project Management Officers & Operations Leaders to improve forecast accuracy, maintain WFM data integrity and deliver flexibility initiatives including Lifestyle Surveys, shift Bid etc.
Act as a key point of contact for the Marketing and World Service local market teams to identify and prepare for marketing activity/plans and projects that influence call volume forecast and resource plans.
Act as a key point of contact for Technologies and TLS Leaders to support the implementation of call routing strategies; monitor and report n impacts to the business such as occupancy, service level, and call delivery purity.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a call center environment related to service level management REQUIRED.
Minimum of 5 years in leadership experience of planning functions in a large, multi-media call center environment REQUIRED.
Minimum of 5 years’ Workforce Real-Time management experience REQUIRED.
Validated experience of coaching and building knowledge around call center management principles.
Ability to develop a team to successfully achieve operational goals. Handle conflict and influence decisions.
Highly numerate with strength in accuracy & attention to details in a high output & speed environment.
Experience communicating plans to key partners such as Operations Leaders and discussing drivers of Contact Center performance.
Validated In-depth knowledge and operational experience using ASPECT/IEX/GENESYS or any comparable workforce management software
Excellent technical and analytical skills with a consistent track record to achieve results
Proven understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Sense of urgency and determination to resolve issues at hand
Validated experience in solving complex business problems with minimal direction
Ability to manage multiple sensitive or critical tasks simultaneously to successful outcome
Proven social skills, including the ability to work in a team environment while displaying self-initiative
Ability to work well in a fast paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail

Additional Details:
Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines 1634 (when Return-to-Office initiatives are in place)
Work from Home Requirements:
Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan / speed
Must have a private & quiet area to work at home
Must be amenable to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted
