Salary: $600 USD/month

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
We are a marketing agency that launches sales, combining human and AI expertise to maximize branding and communication for B2C e-commerce brands.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels (social media, online platforms, industry events, etc.).
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage prospective clients and qualify their interest.
  • Lead Nurturing: Manage and nurture relationships with potential leads by staying in touch and providing relevant information to keep them engaged.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess the suitability of leads based on defined criteria and ensure they are passed to the sales team when appropriate.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions and updates are properly documented.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for lead generation.


Requirements

REQUIRED:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in lead generation
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to assess the quality of leads.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of lead generation best practices and strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of outbound sales and marketing techniques.
