Buyers Agency Tasks

  • Client Agreement Management
  • Prepare Buyers Agency Agreements for new clients for signing
  • Update stakeholders at various stages of the purchase process
  • Property Research and Analysis (Training will be provided)
  • Run property reports using tools like Price Finder and RP Data
  • Prepare cash flow spreadsheets for properties
  • Conduct internet research and preliminary due diligence on properties as requested
  • Draft property-related emails for clients and real estate agents
  • Share property photos, videos, summaries, reports, and cash flow spreadsheets with clients
  • Collate contracts of sale and rental appraisal letters for the Finance team to support loan processing

Administrative Tasks

  • Diary and Appointment Management
  • Manage calendars for directors and senior team members, coordinating with clients to book appointments and meetings
  • Send Zoom links and manage related communications
  • Social Media and Community Engagement
  • Manage Facebook groups by creating events and responding to member inquiries
  • Maintain and manage social media content
  • Document and Email Management
  • Organize and manage documents and email communications efficiently
  • Project Coordination
  • Coordinate and conduct ad-hoc projects based on business needs

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional speaking voice.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capability to perform well under pressure.
  • Proficient in report creation and analysis.
  • Experience working with busy entrepreneurs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
