Main responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Support – provide assistance and support to the Sales and Marketing Team’s administrative needs. Back-end Support – provide assistance to the Business Manager in implementing local Finance and HR activities, processes and projects. Statutory Requirements Compliance – ensure company compliance to all local statutory requirements

Other responsibilities:

EZPH Office Maintenance – ensure proper and regular maintenance of EZPH head office, keeping a healthy and comfortable working environment. Reporting and other responsibilities as may be directed by the Business Manager

Brief description of responsibilities and tasks:

  • Sales and Marketing Support 

  • Assist Sales Manager in Accounts Receivables management – collection monitoring and reporting.

  • Assist in the production and proper distribution of promotion and communication materials in coordination with the Sales Manager(2-3)

  • Coordinate to Logistic Assistant with documents related to import processing. - Under Logistic Assistant.

  • Invoice copies & sales reporting

  • Back-end Support

  • Finance Functions

  • Proper documentation, filing and submission of all financial documents, agreements, insurances, and other related documents in coordination with EZPH third party service provider for finance.

  • Ensure compliance of all employees on local and regional finance policies and guidelines

  • Ensure transactions with third party suppliers and service provider follows local and regional purchasing policies and guidelines. 

  • Timely creating purchase order and payment requests for operations purposes

  • Ensure that timely expense settlement and other claims are coordinated with finance team.

  • Other tasks as may be directed by the Regional Finance Manager and Business Manager

  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and collection report, analysis and other updates to Business Manager.

  • Human Resources Functions

    Provide support to the Business Manager, Regional HR manager and Hiring Manager on the full hiring process of the company.

    Assist employees in the process of availing government and company benefits.

    Ensure employees are provided with necessary tools and equipment needed in performing duties and responsibilities.

    Other tasks as may be directed by the Regional HR Manager and Business Manager

  • Local Statutory Requirements Compliance

Ensure complete and full compliance of Enza Zaden Philippines Inc. on local statutory requirements and poli

cies in coordination with Business Manager and third-party service provider.

  • Proper documentation and filing of necessary documents in coordination with concerned functions and third-party service provider.

EZPH Office Maintenance

  • ​Ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of the EZPH workplace.
  • Regular and periodic maintenance of all furniture and fixtures and equipment inside the office  

  • Ensure office supplies and needs are available regularly.
