The Financial Recovery Analyst 3 provides advanced support for assigned projects and provides reporting support to other team members for assigned business process and/or reports.
The processes and/or systems include (but not limited to) Access databases and Excel templates. Development of process improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency through technology (i.e. utilizing PowerBi, PowerAutomate, and other tools) is a key aspect of this position.
Responsibilities
Maintain and generate specialized reports using data from AFS (Oracle/DB2), CARS (Lotus Notes), CARS (Lotus Notes), and Velocity (SQL) for FRG Management and Executive Leadership.
Maintain and assist in development of databases. Maps database fields to relevant fields in source tables and understands how the data flows throughout FRG's reporting systems.
Works to establish an in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications and stays current in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned application(s).
Analyzes existing processes and systems and identifies technical or procedural improvements. Recommends business practices to optimize use of business process/system(s).
Creates ad hoc reports and data analysis as requested by management.
Develops and maintains training materials for applicable colleagues.
Demonstrates new processes during live training calls. Responds to questions and provides support to internal users.
Designs, builds, and maintains SharePoint sites and workflows.
Develops operational procedures for products, services, and systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree
Years of related experience
High School diploma with experience/education in a related field may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and organizational skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and ability to re-prioritize as appropriate.
Ability to think strategically.
Understanding of Project Management methodologies.
