Within the HR functional domain, the CDO Office is accountable for the implementation of the Data Management Strategy in HR at global level, for which it must create a network of Data Owners and Stewards across the GHR departments and country offices. Data Governance is a key capability for the implementation of this strategy and GHR needs to work further in the materialisation and coordination of these virtual groups. In addition, GHR Data Management is the delegated responsible in executing the activities owned by the DPE-Office, a virtual team responsible for day-to-day execution of Data Protection Policies on behalf of the BU Data Protection Executive (DPE). The HR Data Protection & Governance Specialists will work closely with multiple stakeholders in GHR areas, Group CDMO, Bank DPE Office, and HR Data Protection Officers (DPO) to monitor and support ING’s compliance with the ING’s Data Governance Minimum Standards and Global Data Protection Policy (GDPP)
