We are currently looking for an Employee Relations Officer who will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment, compensation and benefits of employees.
Work Schedule: 5 days a week/ 9am to 6pm
EMPLOYEE & LABOR RELATIONS:
Communicate and reinforce the Company's policies and procedures to employees

Preparation or update employment records related to transfer, promotion, and termination

Inform new hire employees of job duties, benefits, working conditions, opportunities and Company background during the Employee
Onboarding process

Ensure that new hire documents and paperwork is completed and processed
-
Prepare and process all personnel action forms and ensure proper approval from signatories
-
Prepare employment contracts and ensure that these are acknowledged by employees
-
Ensure maintenance of accurate records and reports relating to the employee
-
Address employee relations issues or concerns such as work complaints and allegations
-
Liaise between employees and Management
-
Create timely memos, announcements and infographics for dissemination
-
Assist the HR Manager in implementing and administering the Code of Discipline
-
Handle employee violations and create notices for explanation from involved parties
-
Discuss and seek approval from the HR Manager for the disciplinary action to be served to the employee
-
Endorse to the HR Manager any employee grievance and complaint that may need in depth discussion and review
-
Provide employee exit forms and coordinate company assigned materials to be surrendered during resignations
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in dealing with employee data and information
** For COVID19, ensure that employee details are reported as soon as possible to LGUs for proper
action. Maintain a list of affected employees with pertinent employee details.

Facilitate requisition and release of reimbursements for sickness and maternity benefits

Prepare and liaise periodic reports to government agencies to ensure statutory compliance

Communicate information to employees about government benefits and any change in procedure
-
Administer processing of government mandated benefits of employees
-
Handle employee concerns about contribution and loan posting and other cases of employees and Resolve conflict with agencies for processing of claims
-
Submit enrollment and deletion forms to HMO provider of eligible and disengaged employees
-
Ensure that payment for HMO benefits is requested on time
-
Answer employee concerns about compensation and benefits

Compute and process for Employee 13th month pay every June and December

Prepare computation of performance incentives for inclusion on payroll

Facilitate processing and computation of clearance and final pay
-
Work with the HR Manager in ensuring that Company pay practices are compliant with Company policies and local laws and regulations

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in dealing with employee data and information
RECRUITMENT &PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Establish a network and pool of applicants through industry contacts, trade groups and employees
- Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives to better source applicants
- Collect Manpower Requisition Forms from requesting Managers and confirm job description and qualifications
- Post job advertisements and open positions on job posting platforms and ensure accuracy of details
- Screen resumes and applications if they meet the requirements
- Interview job applicants via call and on-site
- Endorse to Hiring Manager all shortlisted applicants for final interview
- Coordinate new employee relocation and arrange for housing for new hire
- Collect all pre-employment requirements and endorse for employee onboarding

Respond to recruitment inquiries and ensure that staffing requirements are accomplished within a reasonable timeline
- Encode employee information on Employee master list and arrange 201 files per branch
- Monitor employee tenure and identify employees who are subject for their 3rd and 5th month evaluation
- Collect and encode performance evaluation forms and create a summary for the 3rd and 5th month evaluations
- Provide summaries for distribution and discussion with the employee
- Identify and create a list of eligible employees who are subject to the quarterly and annual performance evaluations
- Prepare personnel action forms relating to employee regularization
- Handle administrative duties and record keeping
- Communicate timely with the Supervisor and Manager regarding the schedule for evaluation
Requirements
Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Related
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in HR

Willing to work 5 days a week on an office-based setup
- Can work well with other Department Heads/Managers and is a team player

Well experienced in Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations
