Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with service line managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews to identify top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
- Develop and implement performance evaluation processes and systems.
- Provide guidance to directors on performance feedback, coaching, and improvement plans.
- Assist in creating career development plans for employees.
- Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Conduct surveys, analyze results, and create action plans to address employee feedback.
- Promote a positive company culture through events, recognition programs, and communication.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Collaborate with legal teams to address and resolve issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Identify training and development needs, both at an individual and organizational level.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Requirements - Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Masterβs degree is a plus).
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Advantageous but not required:
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- People management experience is advantageous.
- Experience working in an ISO-accredited company is advantageous.
