Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with service line managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews to identify top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Develop and implement performance evaluation processes and systems.
  • Provide guidance to directors on performance feedback, coaching, and improvement plans.
  • Assist in creating career development plans for employees.
  • Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct surveys, analyze results, and create action plans to address employee feedback.
  • Promote a positive company culture through events, recognition programs, and communication.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to address and resolve issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Identify training and development needs, both at an individual and organizational level.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.

Advantageous but not required:

  • HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • People management experience is advantageous.
  • Experience working in an ISO-accredited company is advantageous.

Job type: Permanent

Emp type: Full-time / Direct Employment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Can be flexible) Manila Time
