Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in cold calling to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to expand our customer base, focusing on cold calling outreach as a primary method. You will play a critical role in generating interest in our products and services, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate has a track record of successfully generating leads through cold calling, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential leads in target industries, introducing our products and services and identifying potential customer needs.
  • Qualify leads through in-depth conversations to assess their fit with our offerings, recording relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and set up follow-up calls for the sales team to close potential deals.
  • Track and document lead generation activities and outcomes, including lead sources, calls made, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with campaign goals and company objectives.
  • Analyze lead quality and conversion data to optimize future outreach efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, qualified leads, and other key performance indicators.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in achieving lead generation targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead tracking tools.
  • Goal-oriented, with a results-driven approach to meeting lead generation targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
