Position: Marketing Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Client Outreach:
- Send connection requests and reply to messages on LinkedIn (training provided for Waalaxy, our outreach tool).
2. Social Media Posting:
- Post content from our TV show/podcast on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Promote our Forbes award-winning book and "Life's a Pitch" app.
3. YouTube Optimization:
- Help improve and grow our YouTube channel.
4. Research & Admin:
- Find mailing addresses for potential clients.
- Help with our weekly newsletter and manage the vCita calendar/CRM system.
Skills Needed:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Canva, Waalaxy, and vCita (or willingness to learn).
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, driven, and creative attitude.
Requirements:
As this is a work-from-home position, please ensure the following:
- Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines.
- A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions.
- An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage.
- A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data).
