Part-Time Admin Assistant (UK Financial Services, Homebased)

Salary: P200- P300 (Monthly Gross Package)

Schedule:  Monday to Friday (4:00PM to 8:00PM Manila Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Eager to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with automation tools is a plus but not required.

What will you do?

• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information.
• Manage 8 client accounts through Outlook, focusing on fundraising initiatives.
• Handle personal email correspondence with clients to ensure effective engagement.
• Engage with clients from various countries, requiring strong English communication skills.
• Update and manage tasks in Monday.com to track project progress.
• Participate in training sessions provided by Haidi to develop skills and enhance efficiency.
