I.        DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


 



  • Ensure that the assigned projects are performed within scope, duration, budget and quality in accordance to Project Management policies and practices of the company or as may be required,



  • Creates, develop and manages the Project Team including contractors and sub-contractors,

  • Align and manages all stakeholders requirements and expectations

  • Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools,

  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path,

  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and concerns, and device contingency plans,



  • Implements Change Management Process when necessary,

  • Set and communicate timely and properly project updates, milestones and expectations to respective members and stakeholders throughout project life cycle,

  • Set and disseminate project success criteria to respective members and stakeholders throughout project life cycle,

  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations,



  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner,

  • Work alongside Logistics Assistant/Team to ensure proper tracking of ingress and egress of to be delivered, delivered, used and unused materials needed for project scope,

  • Work alongside Project Documentation Assistant to ensure proper tracking, recording and delivery of pertinent documents related to project scope,

  • Own, manage and drive assigned projects to their successful completion.




II.      QUALIFICATIONS


 


A.    Minimum Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or preferably with a course related to Information Technology (IT) equivalent experience


 


B.    Minimum Experience/Training



  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project management function

  • Has strong IT background


 


C.    Competency



  • Knowledge of managing teams and personnel

  • Team Player

  • Maintains a high level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with all kinds of stakeholders.

  • Commitment to provide continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner.

  • Flexible and ability to work under minimal supervision.

  • Knowledgeable in creating Project timeline using MS Project is a PLUS
