About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Screen Printing Artist with strong expertise in colour separation to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and detail, a thorough understanding of the screen printing process, and advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. If you are passionate about transforming designs into high-quality prints and ensuring colour precision, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality colour separations and artwork files suitable for screen printing.
- Prepare digital files for screen printing, ensuring accuracy in colour, scale, and alignment.
- Collaborate with designers and production team to develop and finalize artwork for various printing projects.
- Adjust artwork based on print requirements, including setting up halftones, gradients, and colour blends.
- Troubleshoot issues related to colour separations and provide recommendations for optimal print results.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for production and future reference.
- Stay updated on screen printing and colour separation techniques to improve quality and efficiency.
Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in screen printing, with a focus on colour separation.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, especially in color separation, layer management, and image resolution adjustments.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of screen printing processes, inks, and fabric applications.

Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for colour accuracy and design detail, with the ability to anticipate and solve print-related issues.

Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with designers and production teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated screen printing machinery.
- Familiarity with different fabric types and how they affect print quality.
- Portfolio demonstrating past screen printing and colour separation work.
