Job Description:

We’re looking for a Software Technical Analyst to join our COO - Automations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to provide assistance during development period, migrate codes and be the point person during warranty period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    a. Be able to evaluate the impact of potential process or project interventions in terms of benefit and feasibility.
    b. Proactively identifies trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    c. Proactively finds solutions on their own by networking and creating good relationships with people outside the org.
  • Continuous communication and proactivity
    a. Be able to identify and suggest new ideas to the team that would help us support our business partners more effectively and efficiently.
    b. Be proactive in their role to anticipate needs and challenges of the project and team.
    c. Be a good multi-tasker and handle multiple tasks/projects at the same time.
  • Propose and complete team efficiency initiatives (process improvements) that provide real value.
    a. Identify an internal process that could be optimized/improved (this can include creating/updating documentation).
    b. Creating a project plan with milestones and be responsible for managing project expectations.
  • Positive participation in hiring and onboarding new members to the team.
    a. Participate in new candidate interviews and assist with resume screening process.
    b. Prepare relevant questions that could help management properly measure the experience of a candidate.
    c. Participate and assist with creating training plans and training new team members.
  • Mentorship/Leadership.
    a. Be proactive with scheduling meetings with lower tier analysts on the to share their knowledge and help others grow, which will help build leadership skills.
    b. Effectively and professionally represent the team in all meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Technology courses (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, or a related Analytical field) with preference for applicants with experience in programming.
  • 2+ years of experience with any automation tool
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
  • Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
    • Understanding of process design documents and technical design documents on automation space
    • Workflow Modeling applications
    • Knowledgeable in PowerAutomate or A360
