• Maintain the billing system
  
• Generate invoices and account statements
  
• Perform account reconciliations
  
• Keep accurate accounts receivable files and records
  
• Produce monthly financial and management reports
  
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries
  
• Assist in general financial management and analysis
  

Requirements

What It Takes to Be an AR Rockstar

• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) is required
  
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Studies, Administration, or Mathematics is preferred
  
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable, ideally in an international setting
  
• Experience working in shared services or supporting a multinational company is a plus
  
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
  
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently
  
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate efficiently through email or phone
