You will… Develop and implement security measures to protect the company's infrastructure, applications, and data from threats. Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards. Work with the entire engineering team to design and deploy security solutions that meet the needs of the business. Monitor network traffic and security logs to detect and respond to potential security incidents. Provide ongoing support to ensure the continued protection of our systems. Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats to ensure our systems remain secure. You have… Experience in building and developing best practices for a growing security team with a strong understanding of web application architecture. Experience with cloud-based application security, container security and DevSecOps practices. Extensive hands-on experience writing secure code (we primarily use TypeScript/Node.js/React, but are stack-agnostic when it comes to great engineers) Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as SOC 2 Type II. ⚙️Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
