Telesales Representative

Octal Philippines Inc. is currently hiring Telesales Representatives to join the sales team of our partner client. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are persuasive, results-driven, and have a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
• The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

• Previous experience in telesales or call center sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer information.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work onsite.
