Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive General Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support across various business functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate resourcefulness, and have the ability to multitask in a remote work environment. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, offering both administrative and operational support.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize email inboxes, including responding to inquiries, flagging urgent messages, and filtering essential communications.

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and ensure timely submission of records.

  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business materials.

  • Conduct online research to gather data, compile reports, and present findings in a clear and actionable format.

  • Maintain digital filing systems, ensuring documents are stored and easily accessible.

  • Perform additional administrative duties to support overall business operations as assigned.

  • Provide excellent customer service support by responding to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team or department.

  • Assist in managing projects by tracking deadlines, tasks, and progress to ensure timely completion.

  • Coordinate team schedules and provide reminders to ensure adherence to project timelines.

  • Schedule and manage virtual meetings, including sending invites, preparing agendas, and recording meeting minutes.

  • Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.

  • Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages.

  • Help create and edit content for newsletters, marketing materials, or social media campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.

  • Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • A minimum of 100mbps download & upload internet speed is required and the ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment.
