Virtual Assistant to the CEO
This is a remote position for a VA based in the Philippines.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant, focusing on email, LinkedIn and Calendar management tasks for the CEO of an exciting growing business in the United Kingdom. This is a remote position for a VA based in the Philippines.
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD / Month
Working hours: 40 hours per week

Tasks:
- Answer emails and LinkedIn Correspondence to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Assist with Diary and Inbox management
- Draft reports and correspondence
- Oversee department hiring procedures
- Ensure travel arrangements, budgeting, and reimbursements
- Bookkeeping with Xero
- Handle administrative tasks
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has great attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Requires minimal supervision
