DescriptionProvides organizational and administrative support to the team - Works and Rewards.Β
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinates, communicates and corresponds with clients, account managers/consultants and internal Finance, Admin or HR on various requirements relating to accreditation, bidding, billing/invoicing, collection.
- Coordinates with relevant parties on various logistical requirements such as room reservations, company car/driver, travel arrangements, etc.
- Prepares reports and updates required by project managers/leaders.
- May assist in client projects
QualificationsThe Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Interested in discovering the consulting environment and desire to work with multiple clients in more than one industry and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to express oneself clearlyΒ
- Strong skills in planning, organizing and prioritization of own deliverablesΒ
- Strong analytical skills; accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, flexible and have a can-do mentality
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
