Job Title: Conversion Rate Optimization Officer

Job Type: Full-Time New Zealand hours

Position Overview:

As the Conversion Rate Optimization Officer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon and Shopify pages to enhance user experience and maximize conversions. You will use data-driven strategies to design effective landing pages, product listings, and promotional content. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving sales and increasing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Shopify, ensuring all pages are fully optimized for conversion.
  • Conduct thorough A/B testing and multivariate testing on landing pages, product descriptions, and promotional materials to identify effective design and content strategies.
  • Analyze user behavior data and website analytics to understand customer journeys and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling copy and visuals that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic to Amazon and Shopify pages.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to e-commerce and conversion optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to implement changes and enhancements.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, particularly in e-commerce environments (Amazon and Shopify experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
