Position Overview:
As the Conversion Rate Optimization Officer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon and Shopify pages to enhance user experience and maximize conversions. You will use data-driven strategies to design effective landing pages, product listings, and promotional content. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving sales and increasing customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Shopify, ensuring all pages are fully optimized for conversion.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing and multivariate testing on landing pages, product descriptions, and promotional materials to identify effective design and content strategies.
- Analyze user behavior data and website analytics to understand customer journeys and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling copy and visuals that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic to Amazon and Shopify pages.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to e-commerce and conversion optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to implement changes and enhancements.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, particularly in e-commerce environments (Amazon and Shopify experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in A/B testing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and e-commerce marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
