Overview of the Role:
The Project Strategist plays a critical role in ensuring all projects across the company are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. This individual contributor role will focus on evaluating project impact, prioritizing initiatives for maximum ROI, managing the company’s strategic initiatives program and providing transparent updates to leadership. Working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership, this role requires a highly organized and analytical professional capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Prioritization
Accountability: Evaluate and select projects with the highest strategic impact, ensuring alignment with True
Classic’s annual goals and vision.
Key Tasks:
2. Resource Allocation
Accountability: Allocate resources efficiently to high-impact projects, enabling timely and effective execution.
Key Tasks:
Success Metric: Reduction in time-to-start for priority projects.
3. Integrated Program Management:
Accountability: Ensure all projects within the program are completed on time, in full, and aligned with company’s strategic objectives.
Key Tasks: Develop and maintain a cohesive program roadmap that aligns timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across all projects. Drive a culture of accountability across project teams to ensure all deliverables are met within agreed timelines and to the required quality standards. Monitor risks and potential delays across the program, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Success Metric: % Projects completed on time in full.
4. Executive Reporting
Accountability: Provide transparent, data-driven updates on project alignment and progress to the executive
team.

Success Metric: Executive satisfaction score on project alignment reporting (survey feedback).
