We are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to identify, attract, and hire top talent that aligns with our mission of enhancing fundraising through innovative digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with Management to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Job Postings: Create and publish engaging job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to reach a large pool of candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, fit, and alignment with the company’s values and goals.
  • Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the team’s objectives.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and support to candidates.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding coordination.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Employer Branding: Promote: as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture and values through various channels.


Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices in a remote working environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with Management.
  • Proficiency in using different recruiting platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit through effective interviewing techniques.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, as well as current trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on recruitment effectiveness.
