Job Description

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer support, managing client communications, and coordinating logistics nationwide. Your responsibilities will include generating quotes, processing orders, and ensuring seamless service delivery for our valued clients.

Job Overview

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Work Setup: Onsite, Ortigas
Perks: Weekends Off, Work-life balance

Your Daily Tasks
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from clients to generate quotes, process orders, and coordinate dispatches nationwide.
  • Research and identify the required equipment or specialists for each request, and coordinate operations accordingly.
  • Deliver courteous and informative customer support, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the company’s services and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve significant client issues, such as delays or delivery challenges.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, monitor job progress, and address any concerns promptly.
  • Participate in limited on-call service rotations with compensation.
  • Availability to work on-call rotations as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or call center environments.
  • Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in French is preferred.
  • Experience in retail, facilities management, or construction is considered an advantage.
