This Account Coordinator position is designed for experienced marketing professionals ready to lead and inspire. As the bridge between our client and their high-performing teams, you'll ensure seamless execution of paid media strategies, coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns, and maintain long-lasting relationships with stakeholders. You’ll be working across SEM, Social, Display, Video, and ABM campaigns, delivering excellence and innovation on every project.

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 60,000 to PHP 80,000

Key Responsibilities: Orchestrating Campaign Excellence

• Coordinate campaign workflow for assigned accounts, adhering to the account lead’s strategy and process for reporting and communication.
  
• Lead a team of marketing specialists to meet and exceed client KPIs.
  
• Analyze web and campaign analytics to extract key insights and construct actionable performance recommendations.
  
• Prepare and maintain regular client reports and analyses.
  
• Organize, prioritize, and oversee all client campaigns using project management software as the primary communication, delegation, and progress-tracking tool.
  
• Manage timelines for all client deliverables.
  
• Assist account leads in investigating, tracking, and resolving client concerns.
  
• Maintain client files, executive summaries, and important documentation for internal records.
  
• Assist in managing budgets, campaign creative, invoicing, etc.
  
• Fulfill other duties, tasks, and activities as required.
  

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Your Digital Marketing Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in the digital marketing field with proficient knowledge of various digital marketing tactics.
  
• 3+ years of experience in managing Account Management and/or Marketing teams.
  
• Experience in eCommerce or other conversion-focused environments (either client or agency side).
  
• Proficiency in analyzing and presenting diverse sets of campaign data, with experience in Google Analytics or similar analytics software.
  
• Proficient in Mac OS environment and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
• Proven track record of managing multiple commitments to clients, teams, and business operations.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  
• Process-oriented with a knack for navigating spreadsheets and technical systems.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Enthusiastic about working with people, embracing challenges, thriving in fast-paced environments, and energizing every room with readiness for success.
