Setting the Stage: 
Employment Type: Project-based 
Schedule: Day Shift, Mon - Fri 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Fixed weekends off
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Makati

A Day in the Life: Core Tasks to Build Success     

Process Creditor Invoices in Hubdoc:

  • Check that invoices are addressed correctly and sent to finance.
  • Send ad hoc invoices to Client Manager for approval.
  • Code and approve repeating invoices in line with the schedule.

Prepare Batch Payments:

  • Check for additional payments such as refunds or GST payments.
  • Email Finance Manager for uploading to the bank and seeking approvals/authorizations.

Bank Reconciliation:

  • Perform daily bank reconciliation for items that match and address discrepancies as directed.

Statements:

  • Produce statements in conjunction with the Client Manager.
  • On-Charge Calculations and Processing:
  • Calculate on-charges and process them.
  • Set up on-charge templates in Re-Leased.

Data Management:

  • Enter and actively manage all financial data in a timely and accurate manner.

Ad Hoc Reports:

  • Assist with the preparation of reports or studies as required.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
