Accounts Payable Associate QHL

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Draft and post invoices accurately in the client-specified tool/system.
• Provide daily updates on task completion status to internal counterparts and clients.
• Ensure correct identification and application of General Ledger (GL) codes for all transactions.
• Process and maintain records related to accounts payable, including vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Assist in maintaining the Purchase Journal and ensuring proper documentation of procurement-related expenses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working nightshift
