As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will handle high-volume creditor invoice data entry, perform reconciliations, and process email bookings. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining the financial flow, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and providing timely reports for the logistics operation. Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri, 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM)

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 25,000 to PHP 35,000

Tallying the Freight, One Invoice at a Time

• Data entry of large volumes of creditor invoices
  
• Perform various reconciliations
  
• Collate, print, and distribute electronic reports
  
• Process email bookings
  
• Encode data or information to be used for entering freight notes - 2IC dockets, pallet dockets and con-notes
  
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the job
  
• Meet the targets and turn-around time as required by the job
  
• Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any of the Company representatives through direct order or by verbal assignment 
  

Requirements

Numbers that Work for You

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years in college (preferably in Accounting and/or Financial Management)
  
• 2 years of relevant work experience
  
• Knowledge of or experience in accounting processes and terms
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of managing multiple priorities
  
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced business environment
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to handle high volumes of emails and similar communications
  
• Capable of multitasking efficiently
  
• Experience in using and navigating database systems (ERP/CRM) is an advantage
