• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including account coding, invoice processing, and payment setup.
  
• Process an average of 3,000 invoices per month, distributing them among team members.
  
• Enter all vendor invoices into Bill.com and send them to the appropriate approver.
  
• Communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies and other matters as needed.
  
• Oversee the Bill.com invoice repository, ensuring that all records are accurately updated for payments, vendor credits, etc.
  
• Keep the Controllership team updated on the status of any issues that arise with accounts payable, particularly regarding vendor payments.
  

Requirements

The Perfect Fit: Aligning Your Skills with the Path to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, commerce, or related fields preferred.
  
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable.
  
• Experience using Bill.com is preferred but not required.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  
• Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and organizational abilities.
  
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
