What You Will Do:

As our Administrative Staff, you will be at the heart of our organization, overseeing various tasks to ensure seamless operations and support for our administrative and facilities team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently handle day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, managing office receivables, and performing basic accounting activities.
  • Receive and forward communications, serving as a pivotal point of contact within the organization.
  • Undertake general clerical duties, ensuring the smooth flow of paperwork and information.
  • Provide essential support for back-office operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of our administrative and facilities team.

About You:

  • Graduate of BS Business Administration or any related course.
  • Proficiency in MS office, specifically Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Amenable to a Mid-shift schedule
