Here's the Job Description and responsibilities for the role:
  • Internal and External Procurement:
    • Internal: Monthly supplies for HQ, SD, and other offices.
    • External: Procuring items (software and hardware) indicated in signed quotes for clients.
  • Responding to Client Queries and Requests:
    • Addressing questions regarding licenses, invoices, and other matters.
  • Generating Certificates of Insurance for Clients:
    • Involves reaching out to the insurance agent.
  • Managing Insurance Renewals for Crimson IT.
  • Helping in Monthly Billing:
    • Sending down payment invoices and final invoices for projects and tickets.
  • HIPAA and Anti-Sexual Harassment Prevention Trainings:
    • Ensuring everyone is up to date with the trainings.
  • Responding to Requests and Queries from Helpdesk (HD).
  • Document Management and Data Entry:
    • Ensuring all records are updated.
  • Sending Reports to Clients.
    • List of users for their licenses, computer counts, and all other data requested by the client
  • Coordinating Various Activities and Meetings:
    • Both internally and externally.
  • Investigating Tickets and Resolving Issues:
    • Addressing issues raised by clients.
  • Managing Renewals for Software and Services:
    • For both Company and clients (Microsoft, Meraki, etc.).
  • Addressing Other Internal and External Requests.
