Description

Our client is one of the most admired real estate agencies in Australia. The company's line of business includes renting, buying, selling, and appraising real estate.

They are currently looking for an Administration Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys creating and managing digital content.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Send email and SMS blasts to keep our team updated.
  • Create and edit templated materials (business cards, posters, etc.) with in-house software.
  • Perform data entry, database audits, and assist with database queries.
  • Upload content to our website and manage social media posts using scheduling tools.
  • Design social media graphics in Canva and prepare data visuals for presentations.


Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
  • Skilled in Canva with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt under pressure.
  • Background in data entry or real estate is a plus but not required.
